I’m Joanna Chavez, your Tri-Cities Realtor®. I help buyers and sellers navigate big moves with a clear plan, steady communication, and confident negotiation from start to finish.

I entered real estate in 2020 after being inspired by my brother (a Realtor and Ninja Selling coach). I began as a licensed showing assistant, where I learned how to keep the process organized, calm, and client-focused. Today, as a Certified Negotiation Expert, I bring strategy to every offer, counter, and closing timeline.

My background is hands-on and people-centered: I was born and raised in Southern California, managed a 72-unit complex, trained as an EMT, earned my degree in psychology, and worked closely with home presentation and design support. That mix helps me guide sellers on prep that pays off, and helps buyers spot potential and value.

I’m fluent in Spanish and love working with clients across cultures, making sure everyone feels informed and confident at each step. Outside of real estate, I stay involved locally through volunteer work and community support focused on children and families, animal welfare, and education.
